Eating Habits

Hi guys! I actually have another package that came in but I'm saving that for another day. What I'm interested in today is: your eating habits! What do you usually eat?

I, for one, do not purposely only eat healthy foods -- I eat healthy foods if it tastes good in my mouth (for example, I don't eat broccoli no matter how healthy it is) but I mean, I do try to avoid foods like chips and fast food because I know that it's really unhealthy. And they make me feel weird after I eat it. So I'll have an occasional McDonalds or a small bag of chips but I always see so mannnnnnnnny skinny skinny skinny girls (00-0) and I always wonder what they eat... I'm sure metabolism comes into play but I'm pretty sure that's not all of it.

I usually have 2-3 meals a day. My diet consists most of brown rice because white rice is actually really unhealthy for you. So I have 1/2-3/4 of a bowl of brown rice in the morning, a full bowl for lunch and half an optional half bowl for dinner w/ side dishes. I think it's the only way I can maintain my health ._.

So, how are your meals like?

Hey cutie! thanks for the comment on my blog! i am going to follow you because as far as i'm concerned, i already like this post! haha. i eat brown rice too because i know that white rice is actually fattening! that's something we have in common. o^.^o hm, actually, my bad eating habits are not eating at the right times of the day! some times i don't eat breakfast because i hardly have any time and i'm in a rush! i would have lunch at about 3pm and then dinner at like 9 or 10! now that's unhealthy eating habits for i know that eating a late dinner will cause weight gain! haha.

  3. hello 18 year old new yorker! i'm 18 too from toronto haha. and I used to be a health freak where I would eat anything thats healty and nothing thats not, but with a sweet tooth haha. lately I've been a bit more laid back though I don't eat rice haha same reason as you and my family doesn't cook brown rice so I just have a slice of bread/ oatmeal/ cereal in the morning, I don't eat beef for ethic reasons and I love snacking on fruits. breakfast is a must for met but dinner doesn't really matter tho i seldom skip meals haha.
